LeadingAge Colorado’s affinity groups exist as an opportunity for like-minded members with similar professional experience and interests to meet, share ideas, and learn from each other. We strive to connect professionals in the assisted living sphere and present assisted living workforce resources however we can.

LeadingAge’s Affinity Groups

Each of the affinity groups may grow and evolve based on the needs and activity of its members. They are only open to LeadingAge Colorado members and are available at no cost. Here’s a breakdown of who may benefit from getting involved in this unique experience.

• CEOs – Individuals who serve in the top leadership position in an organization; report to a Board of Directors and may have multiple department leaders who report to him/her.
• Administrators – Individuals who may be responsible for a single community, or a level of care in a community such as a ED/Administrator of Assisted Living, Independent Living, Nursing Home, or an Adult Day program; report to a CEO or RDO
• CFOs – Individual responsible for the Finance function of an organization; report to a CEO
• COOs/RDOs/DDOs – Individuals responsible for the operations of an organization or a group of organizations; report to a CEO or RVP
• HR – Individuals responsible for the Human Resources function of an organization; report to a CEO or ED
• Sales/Marketing – Individuals responsible for Sales and/or Marketing functions of an organization
