Health and Safety

The 2022 LeadingAge Colorado Annual Conference and Exhibition presents us with the opportunity to come together in person to share, network and learn. The safety of conference attendees is LeadingAge Colorado’s top priority.

Our health protocols are in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Infection (CDC) guidelines and in alignment with local and state health mandates and policies.

LeadingAge Colorado is committed to creating a safe and healthy event by requiring all attendees to verify vaccination from COVID-19 or provide a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of attendance.

While LeadingAge Colorado encourages all attendees eligible to get a booster to do so before attending the conference, we are defining full vaccination as 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or one dose of Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine. Each registrant will be asked to upload proof of vaccination or negative test on the vaccine/testing verification portal. You must have proof of full vaccination, or a negative test uploaded into the vaccine/testing portal to be permitted entry into the event.

We encourage attendees to wear a mask indoors unless you are actively eating or drinking. Based on the latest CDC recommendations, we recommend wearing N-95 masks. In education sessions, speakers are also encouraged to wear a face covering except when presenting and directly addressing the audience.

We will maximize options for physical distancing as much as possible throughout the event. A touchless badge pickup system will be available to reduce crowding at registration.
