This course helps to ensure that your TSP contains accurate information for your program type, and how it relates to other documents to ensure consistency and continued compliance.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify all required elements are covered in the TSP for it to be considered compliant
• Learn how to modify the TSP when changes are needed or required
• Learn which statutory requirements apply to your property and how to address them in the TSP
• Explore how the TSP interacts with other property documents and how to ensure compliance among all of them
• Identify and correct common errors found in TSP’s
• Learn how to properly apply criteria outlined in your TSP during the screening process
• Learn how the TSP helps your property run smoothly in numerous ways

Any staff who are involved in the development of the TSP, or implementation of any of its elements during the application, screening, and intake process for residents.

Rhanda McKown - Director of Affordable Housing - LeadingAge Florida

Rhanda joins LeadingAge Florida from the North Tampa Housing Development Corporation where she served as a Local Contract Specialist. Rhanda has nearly 20 years of experience in various aspects of the housing industry and spent the last 15 years conducting Management and Occupancy Reviews (MOR) under the Performance Based Contract Administration (PBCA) contract in Florida.

Rhanda's prior housing industry experience includes having served as Director of the Affordable Housing Study Commission (AHSC), a group appointed by Florida’s Governor to research a variety of timely housing topics and propose recommendations for implementation each year in a comprehensive annual report, as well as previously working at LeadingAge Florida which is where she originally began her housing career.

Rhanda graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University and lives in Ocala with her 10-year-old daughter.
