Fair Housing Annual Refresher
(1 hour of instructions, includes exam and certificate)
This course will be suited for persons who require an annual fair housing education course as part of their employment, or as part of another designation the person holds for credentialing purposes. It will be a review of recent fair housing court cases, as well as a look ahead for any changes to fair housing laws or regulations that may be going into effect. It will look at fair housing trends and cover anticipatory ways to be prepared.
Course Date: December 11, 2024
Course Time: 9 am - 10 am Mountain
Location: Virtual via Zoom. Please make sure your device has software loaded prior to the start time of the course.
Exam: There is an exam at the conclusion of this webinar. Attendees will receive a link to the exam within 24 hours after conclusion of the webinar. Attendees will have 14 calendar days to complete the exam and submit their answers for scoring.
Exams will be scored within 72 business hours after submitting answers (holidays and weekends are excluded). A passing score of 70% is required to demonstrate mastery of the topics covered. If a student fails to pass the exam, or does not complete the exam prior to the expiration of the 14 day time period, they will receive a certificate of attendance only. There is no additional cost to take the exam to show mastery and get a Practitioners Certificate of Mastery.
Registrants who opt not to take the exam will be issued a Certificate of Attendance reflecting hours of instruction attended.
